Many people have asked about Snowmobile Avalanche Safety training over the past few months.  So after some talks with a reputable training company from the Golden, BC area.  We’ve decided to host another Avalanche Skills Training Course Level 1 for the sled community.  Everyone is welcome, in fact, encourage your friends, family and most importantly the people you ride with.  The dates for the course are January 19/20.   A one day classroom session starting at 8 am at the PGSC clubhouse at 12000 Scott Rd and then a hands on training day in the field, location to be announced.  This course is worth every penny and is the recommended minimum level of backcountry education a snowmobiler riding in mountain/avalanche type terrain should have regardless of their experience.
